A global data and information management firm sought to create a new sales enablement curriculum to support Partner Sales Professionals with the knowledge and skills needed to effectively sell products and build relationships with customers. The client needed a solution that would be effective for audiences around the globe with varying deployment and localization requirements.
rapidLD collaborated with the client’s stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts to design and develop several eLearning modules in Articulate Storyline. After initial deployment and a formative evaluation cycle, rapidLD developed a companion ILT version of the content. The goal was to create a workshop toolkit that could be translated by local resources for delivery in critical areas of the world in the local language as needed. Learners completed one common online assessment to validate knowledge transfer.
