Dana Murphy has over 15 years of experience in various talent management and technology leadership roles. He is passionate about designing, implementing, and delivering tailored solutions to meet clients’ unique and evolving needs. Mr. Murphy has extensive experience in project management, business development, and in the selection, development, deployment, and testing of Human Capital Management (HCM), Enterprise Collaboration/Communication, and Operations Technologies.
Dana is responsible for managing the complete project lifecycle and team through requirements analysis, business process consulting, process documentation, user support and training, and survey/assessment development.
Prior to joining rapidLD, Dana served in various talent management and technology leadership roles over 16 years with Equity Residential including multiple enterprise-wide software implementations.
Dana holds a Master of Science degree in Human Resource Development from Texas A&M University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Western Governors University. He resides in Houston, Texas.
