Michelle Graves has been in the learning technology field since 1999 with experience in deploying, managing, and upgrading learning technology solutions. She has a demonstrated history in project scoping, project management, business process consulting, training, and testing expertise for clients of all sizes.
Michelle is responsible for managing and organizing teams to analyze business requirements, deliver configuration workshops and business consulting, architect the learning management system, and provide testing process guidance. Additionally, Ms. Graves creates and delivers customized system administrator training.
Prior to joining rapidLD in 2012, Ms. Graves was employed by The Walt Disney Company where she worked in a variety of roles in operations, HR, Disney University, and HRIS in both Florida and California. While at Disney, Michelle was on the implementation and sustainment teams for two different ERPs, 3 increasingly sophisticated Learning Management Systems, and then managed the LMS at a global level.
Michelle received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Kenyon College, majoring in English, and resides in Orlando, FL.
