Henry Liebling

Mr. Liebling’s career has spanned over 20 years in sales, customer service operations, performance-based training and organizational development, and general management.  His training career began with selling and facilitating a video-facilitated course developed by The Pacific Institute, Inc., on motivation, self-image, goal setting, and personal and team change.  He has developed numerous courses for managers, sales, customer care, and new product launches.  He has served a wide range of organizations, including government, education, non-profit and companies of all sizes from startup through Fortune 100.

In 1992, he first started using Audiographic software, which preceded today’s web conferencing and synchronous eLearning software.  Today, he is active with Blended eLearning and Virtual Working Tools.  He was on a team that won an Award for Corporate Training, from United States Distance Learning Association.  He has converted traditional courses into web-based synchronous learning.  He has also worked on projects where asynchronous tools have enabled online performance coaching.  He is customer-centric and holistic in thinking, integrating People, Process, and Technology into performance solutions.

Henry has owned several small companies and was the V.P. of Sales for a distributor that sold to hospitals, nursing homes, laundries, and government agencies.  He has sold services and products to small and medium sized insurance companies, manufacturers, high technology, and telecommunications companies.  He has sold and/or delivered services to AT&T, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Microsoft Corporation, NATWest Bank, Nokia, The Equitable, and The Boys and Girls Clubs of America.  Recently he co-developed a course on Business Acumen.
