Brenda Eubank
Brenda Eubank has over 20 years experience as a global results-oriented training and talent development leader. Her accomplishments include successfully leading organizations to implement programs focused on maximizing the effectiveness of individuals, teams and leaders. Brenda's strengths include real-world insight into the design and implementation of talent development initiatives… all of which are aligned to both short-term and long-term goals of an organization.
Brenda is President and Principal Consultant of the Better Skills Edge. Over the span of her career she has had leadership roles with Verint Witness Actionable Solutions, Marsh, AXA-Equitable, Gartner Group and Crawford & Company. She has also provided consulting services with companies such as Citibank, Schlumberger, MetLife, Microsoft Press, Goldman Sachs, Motorola Paging and RegEd.com.
Brenda holds several certifications with CPP, Inc., MHS, and Center for Creative Leadership. She is a member of the Organizational Development Network, ASTD, and a life-long member of the Center for Creative Leadership.
Gordon A. Rogers
Gordon Rogers is an independent business consultant and investor focusing on the education and training sector. Until December 1999 he was Vice President of Strategic Alliances at click2learn.com, a leading business-to-business e-learning provider. In that role he was responsible for creating partnerships with major internet services and technology companies. Gordon joined click2learn.com, formerly known as Asymetrix Learning Systems, (a Paul Allen company) when he sold his own company, Meliora Systems, to Asymetrix in 1998. Meliora Systems, which he founded in 1988, was a software and training company, and was the developer of a leading training management system known as Ingenium. Prior to starting Meliora Systems, Gordon worked for a major North American railroad in various positions in marketing, planning and finance.
Gordon's educational background includes a BA and MS degrees in Economics from the University of New Brunswick, as well as an MBA in International Finance from the University of British Columbia.
Sam Roth
Formerly a systems analyst with Eastern Airlines and EDS, Mr. Roth has worked at BellSouth since 1979. In 1988, he launched BellSouth's first multimedia centers and managed 12 company's centers throughout their headquarter cities. Sam was the Project Manager for the implementation of the BellSouth On-Line Learning System (BOLTS) which is used throughout the company for online learning. Sam later managed the Multimedia Development group where dozens of CBT-based and Web-based courses were developed. Mr. Roth now works at BellSouth.net and is a PMP certified Project Manager engaged in various e-Business and DSL related projects.
Adam Skorecki
Mr. Skorecki is a partner in the Corporate Department of Arnall Golden Gregory LLP and a member of the Management Committee. He is involved in corporate and real estate transactions, and has had extensive experience in all types of financing, including the use of industrial development bonds for financing facilities, equipment and real estate. Adam has primary responsibility for bond-related work in the Firm, which involves both privately placed and publicly offered issues. He also has extensive experience with corporate acquisitions, mergers and other combinations, as well as asset based, real estate and other conventional forms of financing. He has also participated in preparing and distributing numerous private placement memoranda pertaining to real estate syndications. In each case, Adam has had responsibility for overseeing and reviewing the memoranda, working with both the accountants and, where utilized, the underwriters in preparing and distributing the memoranda. He has had extensive experience in the acquisition, sale and financing of nursing homes and other related types of healthcare facilities, as well as financing for such facilities with specialized lending institutions. He is a member of the Firm's Healthcare, Mergers and Acquisitions, and Corporate Finance Practice Groups.
David Stirling
David has extensive experience leading teams and advising global and Fortune 100 clients on complex workforce transformation initiatives requiring alignment with business strategy, and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders to achieve results. As an executive consultant, his practical experience combined with advanced academic training in organizational behavior and human capital development, provide a balanced business perspective for clients. Considered a trusted advisor to senior executives, he is effective in leading clients and stakeholders to new levels of organizational performance.
He has authored methodologies to assess organizational learning, talent management and leadership development programs. As an entrepreneur, David co-founded EpicLearning.com, at its peak a 150 - person internet based learning company which was awarded two patents and received National recognition from President Clinton for bringing technology- based learning into the classroom.
David has published papers and articles on workforce topics such as Globalization and Building Organizational Integrity. He is an accomplished and sought-after conference speaker and has conducted seminars and webinars on Organizational Learning, Ethics, and Managing Reputational Risk. David holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Michigan State University, and is currently enrolled in a Masters-Doctoral program in Organizational Behavior at The George Washington University in Washington, DC.
