James "Jim" M. Everidge, President and CEO / Founder
Jim Everidge brings two decades of experience in the learning business to rapidLD. In October 1999, he founded Rapid Learning Deployment, LLC (rapidLD), a company focused on implementation consulting for Learning Management Systems.
Prior to founding Rapid Learning Deployment, Jim was President of O/E Atlanta, Inc., a training integration company. O/E Atlanta was part of the O/E family of companies with over $300M in annual revenues. Over a five year period, He developed a broad scale training services company including business partnerships with thirty-plus multimedia training companies for product sales and distribution, advisory relationships with eLearning and learning infrastructure companies, and long-standing relationships with Fortune 250 companies like The Coca-Cola Company and Rockwell International.
Jim also served as Director of Sales and Marketing at Comsell Training, Inc. and General Manager for Comskill Learning Centers, Inc. At Comsell Training, he built a national sales organization selling published multimedia training products. At Comskill Learning Centers, Jim was responsible for developing franchisee sales organizations in a commercial multimedia training center operation.
Jim received his Master of Business Administration/Management degree from the University of South Alabama and his Bachelor of Science/Chemistry & Biology degree from Auburn University. He has a daughter, Katelyn, and a son, James. He lives in Marietta, GA.

Steve Owens, Vice President – Consulting / Founder
Steve Owens has eleven years of experience deploying learning technology solutions to large client organizations and sixteen years of experience in information systems professional services, project management, and business development. His extensive experiences in software life cycle leadership include requirements analysis, business process consulting, technical installation, data conversion, application consulting, user support, change management, marketing, and training. This experience provides our clients with an enterprise software deployment perspective for their learning technology initiatives.
Steve is responsible for the strategic direction of the firm's service offerings and the day-to-day operations of our consulting teams.
Prior to founding rapidLD, Steve was the Director of Professional Services for O/E Atlanta, Inc. specializing in the deployment of Learning Management Systems. Prior to O/E Atlanta, he was a Management Engineer for Emory Healthcare deploying enterprise software applications in a clinical setting.
Steve received his Bachelor of Industrial and Systems Engineering degree from The Georgia Institute of Technology. He is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), Microsoft Certified Sales Specialist and a Cisco Certified Sales Expert. He lives in Roswell, GA with his wife, Alecia, and two children, Calvin and Gigi.

Chris Terry, Practice Manager / Founder
Chris brings thirteen years of experience in deploying eLearning solutions, and provides consulting, management, and business development support to many of our large client organizations.
Chris works with many of our Life Sciences and Energy sector clients to design, validate, and deploy learning solutions that integrate with existing quality systems and comply with government regulations. Chris is also focused on strategic consulting; helping customers to define business requirements, build business cases, design deployment roadmaps, select and implement appropriate and cost-effective learning technologies, and maximize system utilization while minimizing impacts on the organization.
Prior to founding rapidLD, Chris was a Systems Engineer for O/E Atlanta, Inc. specializing in the deployment of Learning Management Systems.
Chris received his Bachelor of Technology Management degree from Southern Polytechnic State University. He completed minor studies in both Architectural Engineering and Industrial Engineering. He lives in Smyrna, GA with his wife, Jeanna, and two children, John and Annabelle.

C. Reed Jones, Managing Consultant / Founder
Reed is a Managing Consultant and Founding Partner of Rapid Learning Deployment, LLC. He has twelve years of experience in project management related positions, ten years of experience deploying eLearning solutions and applications, and five years experience deploying Saba Enterprise.
Reed is responsible for providing business consulting expertise to lead requirements gathering and configuration workshops in an effort to provide application solutions to business processes. He manages project teams for LMS deployments and leads e-Learning strategy and LMS selection projects by creating business cases, deployment roadmaps, functional gap analyses, and master project plans. Additionally, Reed conducts content analysis for AICC, SCORM, and custom content and works with LMS and content vendors in support of content installation and delivery. He also manages quality assurance teams testing content delivery on multiple platforms.
Prior to founding rapidLD, Reed worked as a consultant for O/E Atlanta, Inc. specializing in Microsoft Access database development for various clients. He was also responsible for leading a team building systems for eLearning delivery solutions. Prior to O/E, Reed worked as a loan portfolio analyst in the mortgage industry analyzing and preparing products for securitization.

Will Avery, Managing Consultant / Founder
Will Avery brings nine years of experience deploying e-Learning solutions to large client organizations and seventeen years of experience in Information Systems design, professional services, project management, and business development to rapidLD. His extensive experience in software life cycle leadership include requirements analysis, business process consulting, application consulting and implementation, user support, change management, marketing and training. This experience provides our clients with an enterprise software deployment perspective for their eLearning initiatives.
Will is responsible for developing business with existing customers while also organizing teams to deliver business consulting and project management services.
Prior to founding rapidLD, Will was a senior application analyst for McKessonHBOC, specializing in the design, QA, and deployment of patient management systems for their healthcare customers. Prior to McKessonHBOC, he was a Management Engineer for Grady health System deploying enterprise software applications for the hospital and over three hundred clinics.
Will received his Bachelor of Industrial and Systems Engineering degree from The Georgia Institute of Technology. He lives in Woodstock, GA with his wife, Tracy.

Anthony "Tony" C. Alexander, Managing Consultant
Tony Alexander joined RapidLD in 2006 and is responsible for managing the service offerings related to the SumTotal suite of applications. He brings ten years of experience designing, developing and deploying learning technology solutions to large client organizations and fifteen years of experience in Information Technology professional services, project management, and business operations.
His extensive experience in the implementation and deployment of software solutions include requirements identification and analysis, business process development and consulting, technical and data consulting, software application consulting, change management, marketing, training and help desk operations. This experience provides our clients with a breadth of knowledge and expertise for procuring, implementing and deploying enterprise software solutions to successfully support their learning technology initiatives and strategies.
Prior to joining rapidLD, Tony was employed at SumTotal Systems, Inc. specializing in the deployment of their Learning Management System to clients. Prior to SumTotal Systems, he was the Vice President of Operations at Learn.net, overseeing the development, deployment and ongoing support for enterprise learning technology solutions for large organizations.

Jennifer A. Bristol, Managing Consultant – Talent Management /Performance Improvement Practice
Jennifer Bristol is the Managing Consultant for the rapidLD Talent Management Practice. In that capacity, Jennifer is responsible for leading the practice for consulting and implementation of processes and technology for talent management solutions based on the client organization’s strategic objectives. Her role includes the requirements analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation of processes and systems related to talent management solutions.
Jennifer is an experienced leader and consultant with proven expertise in learning and organizational development methodologies and processes resulting in performance improvement for Fortune 500 organizations. She is recognized for leadership in planning and implementation of processes and programs related to performance management, talent management, training content design/delivery, change management, and learning technology solutions. For over 14 years Jennifer has provided successful strategies that offer "real world" insight into the design, development, marketing, and delivery of learning and organizational development programs. In addition, Jennifer has been certified by the International Board of Standards for Training, Performance, and Instruction (IBSTIPI).
As a former Director of Organizational Development & Learning for Unisource, a large global distribution organization, her responsibilities involved creating the strategy and implementing all processes, programs and systems for both organizational development and learning across the enterprise.
Jennifer was a Senior Consultant / Division Director of Leadership Development & Organizational Development at Charter Communications and National Training Manager at Verizon Wireless. In addition, she served as founder and senior principal, Talent Advantage Group, Inc. She consulted with Fortune 500 clients in designing strategies for performance improvement.
Jennifer has been a frequent speaker at various industry training functions and executive briefings. In addition to a BS in Communications, Jennifer has an MBA in Organizational Development and Human Resources Management.

Shivakumar "Shiv" Venkatakrishna, Managing Consultant, Technical Services
Shiv Venkatakrishna brings eight years of experience in developing and deploying solutions in the eLearning space, and over thirteen years of experience in software architecture, development and professional services to rapidLD. His experience spans a variety of enterprise and web-centric technology platforms in the areas of software architecture and design, application development, application consulting, system integration, data migration, solution design and solution deployment.
Shiv manages the technical consulting team at rapidLD and is responsible for the delivery of the firm’s technical offerings.
Prior to joining rapidLD, Shiv worked at HP Consulting catering to both internal and external eLearning customers. Before that, he led the development of an innovative ad sales platform at a startup.
Shiv has a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science & Engineering from Bangalore University, and an M.B.A. from Georgia State University. He lives in Roswell, GA along with his wife, Kiran.
