Challenge: rapidLD was engaged to develop a training
management solution for Tamko. Tamko
required the ability to track training of approximately 1,400 employees in
10 cities in a specialized niche of the business.
Tamko was faced with new technologies coming into their
manufacturing process with little training infrastructure to support this
new demand for employee development.
Tamko also had few resources in the training organization and even
fewer that had experience in developing an alternative education solution. Solution: rapidLD

Conduct pre-installation consulting ü
Deploy the AdminStar Learning Management System ü
Perform data migration from multiple, legacy systems ü
Provide end-user and managerial training ü
Manage pilot program Outcome: Tamko
successfully implemented their new LMS with little additional internal
resources. This new system
was able to track employee development, pinpointing training needs in
various groups within the company. Tamko
was then positioned to take advantage of new production technologies which
gave them an edge in the competitive construction industry.
