He has authored methodologies to assess organizational learning, talent management and leadership development programs. As an entrepreneur, David co-founded EpicLearning.com, at its peak a 150 – person internet based learning company which was awarded two patents and received National recognition from President Clinton for bringing technology- based learning into the classroom.
David has published papers and articles on workforce topics such as Globalization and Building Organizational Integrity. He is an accomplished and sought-after conference speaker and has conducted seminars and webinars on Organizational Learning, Ethics, and Managing Reputational Risk. David holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Michigan State University, and is currently enrolled in a Masters-Doctoral program in Organizational Behavior at The George Washington University in Washington, DC.
