Marc is a human capital and performance improvement professional with experience spanning the commercial, government and academic sectors. He possesses a broad background in consulting, organizational learning and communications. Marc’s work in the learning and development space spans numerous industry verticals and content domains and includes: design and development of global learning solutions, curriculum analysis and design, learning object architectures, competency-based learning frameworks, professional development certification programs, and R&D activities focusing on the use of emerging technologies and innovations in organizational learning.
Marc leads our Content Strategy and Technology practice. In this role he provides consulting and advisory services to our clients aimed at aligning learning strategy, content resources and technology tools in order to solve business problems. As part of these efforts, Marc works with clients to explore and assess new technologies such as Learner Experience Platforms, Program Experience Platforms, Microlearning Platforms, xAPI, and a variety of tools to support content development and assessment.
Prior to joining rapidLD, Marc was in leadership roles in the Learning industry including several years at Xerox Learning Services where his teams contributed to initiatives garnering Brandon Hall Excellence in Learning Gold awards in the Blended Learning Solution and Learning Solution Supporting a Change categories. He has also held roles with Deloitte, NCI Information Systems, Logistic Services International and Interactive Media Corporation where he supported the L&D needs of external clients. Marc received a B.A. in History from the University of Maryland and a M.Ed. in Instructional Design and Development from George Mason University. Marc has two daughters and lives in Roswell, GA
